Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We only offer standard shipping now.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can use it to track your shipment online.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the tracking information, and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue.

 

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from us!  If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within [10] days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns for loungewear and jewelry must have tags intact and be free of any signs of wear. For lip gloss, returns NOT ACCEPTED.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/customized items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
